She served students, faculty, administration, and community partners as a coordinator for DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion). After 9 years, she then transitioned to the business sector. Her extensive background in media and communications has become instrumental in enhancing client business operations, visual representation, brand identity, and workflow systems. Jessica also specializes in web design, social media management, and digital marketing. She is passionate about advocating for underrepresented communities, providing accessibility to education and equal opportunity, as well as being a change agent for global sustainability.
