Catherine Nsungwa is an Electrical Engineer with over 8 years of experience in designing and managing power grid extension projects in the rural areas of Uganda. Her renewable energy career includes being a national trainer of trainers for GIZ, designing and installing solar PV systems for various clients in Uganda. Her current work is focused on equipping women and youth with relevant solar PV skills to enable them to contribute to increasing electricity access in the rural parts of Uganda; as well as boost their livelihoods.
